Why Join MAPS ?

The Michigan Antique Phonograph Society or MAPS dates its humble beginnings to October 15th, 1976.  On this date a handful of collectors sat around a dining room table in Grand Ledge, Michigan to create a way to attract other collectors with similar interests with the goal of sharing information and knowledge.

Today, MAPS is one of, if not the largest group of antique phonograph and recording enthusiasts in the world.  Our bi-monthly magazine, In The Groove (ITG) is mailed to members internationally.  This journal is committed to both educate and entertain.  Six times a year, our contributors provide a wealth of information from topics useful to the first time antique phonograph purchaser to in-depth historic research articles sure to put a smile on the most ardent collector.

Later this fall, we are unleashing a world-class website that is currently in development.  Your MAPS membership will entitle you to select access to our members-only areas.  Membership also connects you to some of the most knowledgeable and sharing people on this planet, our fellow MAPS members.

Membership is inexpensive, only $30 to US Residents, $35 for Canadian residents or $45 for the rest of the world.
